It was a beautiful day at the Buxton Community Day Festival on Saturday, July 24! The Hurricanes played an energetic 3-hour set under a tent filled with both old and new Hurrifans. The party continued afterwards up the road at Skip's Tavern, where the band launched into one more set before finally calling it an evening. Check out the photos posted from this event!!
Up next for the Hurricanes is The Brunswick in OOB on Saturday, August 7, where if the weather cooperates we will be playing outdoors on the beachfront patio under a moonlit sky. This is followed up with our Casco Bay Lines Cruise on Friday, August 13, which this time we will be playing outside on the upper deck of the boat. Tickets are now on sale so be sure to get 'em before they are gone!
Lots of fun had at Jimmy The Greek's in OOB on Friday, July 2. This was a special benefit performance for Woodfords Family Services. Our new friends Wyatt King & The Sex Machines got the party started before the Hurricanes took the stage and rocked it out the rest of the way. Too bad that we had to stop when the clock struck midnight! The photos from this event have been posted!!
Thank you to all the certifiable insane individuals who spent Saturday, June 12 rocking the boat with us on our Casco Bay Lines Music Cruise! Somehow we safely managed to get back to shore with everyone accounted for (plus or minus one). Soon to be married rapper "808" helped to fire up the crowd for the band, and it was great to have our good old friend Jimmy on deck to celebrate his birthday with us. We will set sail to do it once again on a nice warm summer night in August. Just when our "Hurrifans" thought the photos from the Casco Bay Lines Cruise were lost at sea, they washed up on the beach in a bottle down at OOB. Check them out!!
